Her work spans a wide range of subjects, from still life and landscapes to portraits, figures, and symbolic narratives. Kuschan’s creative process begins with drawings in various media, including colored pencil, Neopastels, and watercolor. Influenced by 19th-century French artists like Degas and Monet, and modern masters such as Matisse, Kuschan brings a blend of historical knowledge and personal expression to her art. She has exhibited in numerous local galleries, curated shows, and taught art to students of all ages. At the Yellow Barn, she shares her expertise in drawing and color exploration.
